QUAICU built the AI Governance technology that closes the gap.
A local AI infrastructure layer institutions fully control. AI is governed before it acts, not flagged after the fact. Policies, roles, and approvals run inside institutional authority.
Deepak and Xavier met during their MBA. After graduating, they went in opposite directions. Xavier joined an AI company, selling AI into enterprises. Deepak joined financial services, where he watched the institution he worked for hesitate on AI adoption. Not because the models didn't work, but because no one inside the building could answer the questions a regulator or auditor was bound to ask. Explainability. Accountability. Governance.
Deepak's engineering background let him sketch what the missing piece looked like. Xavier, on the seller's side, was watching the same gap from the other direction: institutional buyers asking for something vendors couldn't deliver. The two of them decided to meet again and build it. QUAICU is the AI Governance layer they wished had existed.
